Cheryl Ann Allen
Cheryl has been in show business all her life. She has opened for many great stars such as Jackie Mason and Rodney Dangerfield and her vocal talents were used on numerous recordings.
Recently she presented two shows—Sophie Tucker In Person which has received numerous rave reviews, and I’m a New Yorker which is a unique rendering of her life story in comedy and music.
Prior to these one woman shows, Cheryl toured extensively doing her nightclub act. She has appeared throughout the United States and England.
Cheryl considers herself very fortunate to be part of a theatrical family. Her late husband was Ian Finkel the World’s Greatest Xylophonist and her father-in-law was the late Television Star, Fyvush Finkel.
